About the Position
Aligned Providers is seeking a visionary and experienced Emergency Medicine Director to lead our dynamic team at Alta Vista Regional Hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico.
Key Requirements
- MD or DO and Board Certified/Eligible (ABEM/AOBEM)
- Completion of ACGME- AOA accredited residency or related fellowship
- NM State license (pending is acceptable at time of application)
- 3+ years of experience in emergency medicine (rural ED leadership experience preferred)
Facility Highlights
- Critical Access Hospital (no trauma designation)
- 10 bed ED (4 fast track beds)
- 2 – 2 patients/hr
- EDIS (Medhost) EMR
Position Highlights
- 1099 IC status (no taxes withheld)
- Competitive hourly pay + $5,000 monthly medical director stipend
- 30 hours/month admin duties (hybrid, remote, and onsite)
- 90 hours/month clinical shifts – 12 hours shifts – 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
